Our approach is simple, we are keen to provide upgrades that will make a real difference to your business which are cost effective and will provide benefit. Often we have to make a decision with regards to the viability of the upgrade versus replacement and our focus is most definitely on the benefit to your business and not our cash flow! Repairing equipment is what we love, we love to get dirty and take things apart and can often provide an indication of cost and the cause prior to incurring any cost due to our level of expertise and knowledge. In the rare situation where we are unsure, we will offer a no fix, no fee opportunity to you as we are keen in a “geeky” kind of way to find the problem so that we know for the future. We regularly keep in contact with all leading hardware manufacturers to ensure that we can also escalate any issues to enable fast and effective problem solving and supply of replacement parts as required. |
